These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tradentix.com and the real estate crowdlending services offered by Tradentix SpA in Chile. By using the platform you declare that you have read and accepted them in full.
1. Provider
Tradentix SpA, RUT 77.812.435-9, commercial address Av. Apoquindo 4775, Floor 12, Las Condes, Santiago, registered in the Santiago Commerce Registry, Folio 48,215 N° 25,703, year 2021.
2. Nature of the service
Tradentix is a technology platform that connects Chilean investors with real estate developers. We are not a financial advisor, a general fund manager or a bank. Every transaction is documented in an individual contract between the parties.
3. User requirements
To invest you must be an individual aged 18 or older, with a valid Chilean ID card, a local bank account and a completed KYC and risk assessment on the platform.
4. Risks
Investments in real estate projects may result in partial or total loss of the capital contributed. The published returns are estimates based on reasonable projections and do not guarantee outcomes.
5. User obligations
You commit to providing accurate information, keeping your credentials strictly confidential, not using the platform for fraudulent purposes and respecting current Chilean laws, in particular AML regulations and Law N° 21.521.
6. Fees
Tradentix charges a transparent commission on each investment, disclosed before each operation. There are no hidden charges and no maintenance fees if you do not transact.
7. Intellectual property
The site content, trademarks, logos and texts are owned by Tradentix SpA or used under licence. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is not allowed.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute will be settled by the Ordinary Courts of Justice of the city of Santiago, Chile.
