At Tradentix SpA, a Chilean company domiciled at Av. Apoquindo 4775, Floor 12, Las Condes, Santiago, we handle your personal data with the seriousness it deserves. This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the information you share with us when you use tradentix.com and our real estate crowdlending services.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (name, ID number, date of birth), contact data (email, phone), financial data needed to verify your investor profile, navigation data (cookies, IP address, device) and the data you choose to share in forms or support channels.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to verify your identity, comply with Chilean legal and tax obligations, execute investment contracts, deliver platform services, measure site performance, prevent fraud and, if you accept our marketing cookies, show you relevant advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (Chilean Law N° 19.628 on Personal Data Protection), the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations (including Law N° 21.521 - Fintec) and our legitimate interest in operating the platform securely.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers (hosting, analytics, anti-fraud) are located outside Chile. When this happens we require contractual and technical safeguards equivalent to local ones to protect your information.
6. Retention
We keep your data while you are an active user and afterwards for the periods required by Chilean tax, commercial and anti-money-laundering rules (up to 10 years from the end of the relationship).
7. Your rights
You may access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your data, as well as request portability or limit specific uses. Write to privacidad@tradentix.com and we will respond within 15 business days.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on the site and notify registered users by email before it takes effect.
